Hi I'm Chris,

Just joined for hints/tips/advice and a general nosey.

Just recently got my first tank - Juwel Vision 180

My first fish buys were 5 Neon Tetras, 2 Dwarf Gouramis and a Siamese Fighter (Betta).

Site is looking good!

Any advice on my next fish would be gratefully received, especially which fish to avoid mixing together in the tank. All I know is not to put in two male Bettas together.

My Betta (Rocky- named by the missus) is pictured below.

That's a beautiful Betta you have there. Keep an eye on him though as Bettas and Gouramis shouldn't reaaly be kept together or they will fight. Neons are also known for being fin nippers.
If you can, try and get a little 5 Gallon tank for your fighter. He'll be a lot happier and you won't be so restricted as to what you keep in the tank.
