Hello there, I am new to the forums. My name is Kristen, and I consider myself still a newbie to fish keeping as I had just recently learned about tank cycling, water changes etc. Before that, I would just have fish and think all I needed to do was feed them (this was when I was younger, of course). I have 3 tanks right now, (2) 5/5.5 gal and (1) 10gal all with guppies, except one of the 5/5.5 has neon tetra and goldfish as well. I will definitely be asking a lot of questions to make sure I'm off on the right foot, and am excited to be here with everyone :)

to TFF! Hope you enjoy yourself here and you get your questions answered.

I can't offer much on your other thread unfortunately but I'm sure someone else will.

I did want to offer some advice (I know you didn't ask) on one of your 5/5.5 tanks. I would re-home the neon tetra and goldfish since they need a larger tank than that.

The neon would be best in a 15g (they need room to swim, active fellows) with at least 5 more neons as they should be kept in groups of 6+.
The goldfish at least a 20g but preferably a 30g IF it's a fancy. If it's a comet then you'll want a 75g+ but preferably a pond.

I'd love to see some pics of your tanks if you have any, and I hope I didn't come off as rude, these are just things I think you should know now rather than later.

You did not come off as rude in any way. I do know I need a bigger tank for my one 5/5.5 gal which I am in the process of getting currently. I am attaching pictures of my tanks.
