very nice tank, like the rock formation. I bet they love hiding in there.

.....going to give broccoli a try with my fish.

broccoli is great, especially if you have a pleco in there with them. I cut off the stalk and feed to the pleco at night and he devours it. meanwhile, the little bits on top of the broccoli are great for Mbuna to pick off. perfect veggie.

Can't watch the video right now - 'tube is blocked at work.

Will have to try some broccoli weekend myself. Do you do anything to prepare it or just toss it in after a quick washing.

I'll blanch it in boiling water for two mins or so.
