Hello! Honey Gourami ?

Hello all! I'm hoping someone can tell me if these are male or female honeys? I was told female, but I gave doubts. I know they are young and the picture isn't great. I can try to get a better picture if needed. Thank you!

I think females. Although they don't have a developed lateral stripe, this can be subtle anyway. Males have dark greyish cheeks and chest area when displaying and are stronger coloured than those in the photo.

sometimes in pet stores the fish are still like babies mosat of the time.

I would say either females or very young, stressed males.

I know from experience that young, newly purchased (ie stressed) fish which look female can actually be males. The first honey gouramis I bought were a trio, supposedly 1 male and 2 females. The male was the typical golden tan colour and the females both light beige. About 3 weeks after I bought them, I got up one morning to find 2 golden tan and 1 beige gourami in the tank.
