Hello everyone

I am relatively new to being a fish parent and came to this forum looking for help.
I have a pretty little blue guppy named Beaker who I am rather concerned about

. In the past little while I have noticed his tail has become shredded and I'm not sure as to why? He lives in a 10 gallon tank with his tank neighbour Dr.Claw ( a blue crayfish ) and a single feeder fish named Gus.
Beaker tends to stay away from Dr. Claw and never goes into his houses as he witnessed the unfortunate death of his hetero tank mate Bunsen.
Gus can be a fish stick sometimes, chasing Beaker off, but other times they get on pretty well.
I really want to help Beaker and hope you guys will have some advice for me?

What type of fish is Gus? If you're not sure, a picture will do.
The crayfish ideally shouldn't be with the guppy, claws and fins never mix. Dr. Claw could be the culprit here.

Gus is a feeder fish
I feel like you're probably right about Dr.Claw
Should I get Beaker his own tank?

Hi and welcome to the forum

we need to know what type of fish Gus is, we could try to identify him if you can get a photo, a feeder fish is a general term for quite a few different types of fish used in the hobby some nicer than others, you should definitely get Beaker his own tank (making sure it is cycled first by using a mature filter not new) he will not last much longer with Dr Claw I'm afraid, especially now you have noticed he is not well.

You may need to remove your crayfish. :(
My stepson put one in his tank at his mom's house, and over time the crayfish chopped every fish in half :(
