I got my password to access their site right away, but they still haven't replied to my questions. A member of another site placed a fairly large order (over $60), and they haven't sent him an invoice or in any way acknowledged the order.

I got mine and had to call them. The online retail is new to them. They primarily deal with LFS. I did find out shipping would about kill it unless I want to order $50+. Their prices are excellent, but you better be stocking a whole tank. $60 in shipping.
