Heating My Aquanano 22L Tank With Aqua One 25W Heater

Looking for advice on how long it should take for my new Aquanano 22 litre tank to heat to 25 - 26 c with Aqua One 25w heater. It also says that light should switch off when correct temperature is reached, which has not yet happened. I switched heater on around 38 hours ago, it is clearly heating the water but not reached desired heat.
Help please.

I have one of these ittle tanks, they're pretty good.
 
As for the 25w heater, reliable enough, well mine was, will take at least a few hours to heat up water to desired tank temp.
 
Would give it at least 4 hours to see if any difference in tank water temp, presuming you have a thermometer to tell you what tank temp is. Cheap to get one of these if you have not, LFS sells them for  couple pounds.
