Happy holidays folks :)

I have a constant question within my head about heaters for my tanks which id like to lay to rest somewhat..

1 heater or 2??

I have 3 tanks.....220ltrs/105ltrs/ 54ltrs which i run 1 heater in all. I know having 2 would give me more time to get a replacement if 1 failed but then if i had 2 heaters that would surely double the risk of 1 of them sticking on which is probably worse??

You could just keep a spare tested heater or two in a drawer.
Check out the Inkbird dual controllers on Amazon. I have these in all 3 of my tanks. This weekend I added a 2nd heater to each of my tanks. Now I am covered for almost all eventualities. I would need at least 2 things to fail at the same time for my tanks to get too hot or too cold (unless of course its the national grid ).

Thanks Sean, first time ive heard of these duel controllers. Whats the benefits of having one?
