Heater?

hey! today i bort myself an 100l fishtank + heater filter light etc etc, ive set it all up now im just wating for it to heat up.
the water has been in the tank for around 6 hours now and it is only 22c i need 27-28 how long will this take? should be be done by now and is it that my heater is broke

It needs a bit of time like 12 hours. Or maybe less. IS the water cycled.

It's kind of hard to determine how long it will take to heat up the water. It all depends on the starting temp of the water, the volume of water and how many watts the heater is. Give it at least 24hrs. and adjust the heater accordingly.
