Heater Positioning

how important is the position and angle if the heater as i would like to hide mine behind some rocks. at the moment its in the middle of the tank dioagnal.

it's all to do with circulation.

If you have a power head or power filter then it dose mot matter where u place it.

all i have is 2 fluval 305's

I'd make sure its in the flow of the filter outlet, beyond that it doesn't really matter where it sits exactly. If its in the flow from your filter it'll circulate the heat which is the only important thing.

No it dose not matter the 305's will be enough to circulate the heat fine.
