Heater Not Getting To Temp

i got a new 150watt aqua one heater yesterday, its in an 87litre tank. I have it set to 26c but it only got to 24c, i have turned it up to 30c to see what temp it will reach. Any ideas?

What your heater says is probably right, but heat doesn't just escape through water. There are som many factors (ie location of thermometer), 1 or 2 degrees off is perfectly normal. as a larger water surface will create faster heat disspation. Also your filter can create surface turbulence creating colder water temp.
