This explains your other post about the heater. How small is small? 25w would be better. If the heater malfunctioned and stuck 'on', a 50w would boil the betta quicker than a 25w.

tank is 30x21x20 cm

So allowing for decor and equipment, barely 12 litres/3 US gallons. Tiny. No need for a 50w. Too small for a betta either, tbh, after you've got the filter and heater in there isn't much room left.
