Ok this morning I was doing maitenance on my tanks and realized that the heater on my nursery take has stopped working. The temp is around 72 right now and I have about 11 fry in it. I was just getting ready to transfer them to my 30 gallon in about 2 days and decided to treat my 30 gallon tank one last time for ick before transfering my fry in 2 days. Well of course I treated my 30 gallon right before I realized the heater was broken on my nursery tank. I moved the babies to a pitcher with some of their tank water and a little warmer water. I put my filter with carbon back in my 30 gallon to absorb the ick treatment as best I can.

So my question is, do you think I can put the fry in the 30 gallon now, or should I wait a couple of hours. The girl at the lfs recommended removing my fry when I do the ick cure.

Thanks for any advice!

Well the fry may not be able to survive the medication...I would be another heater (Like everyone SHOULD every year (new)) and put them back in. Good Luck
