" Heads Up" Regarding Special Delivery

As of today, until a further announcement, Royal Mail have suspended the "guarantee" of next day delivery of these packages. Many depots have suspended mail delivery completely, due to health & safety.

So please do not use Royal Mail for any live animals at present (although the weather would put of most senders anyway, as heat packs would struggle in these cold temps)!

Tri-mar and Mikes Rifts have stopped despatching any orders at all until the weather begins to sort itself out. I guess it`ll be frustrating for some RM customers but I reckon those of us who buy fish online fully understand that it`s the right thing to do

Yeah, I've already told my sister we won't be ordering the Galaxies until it improves!

As of yesterday, the time guarantee is now back in place for "Special Delivery" items, for the first time since 1st December.

However, because of the New Years Day and susbstitute bank holiday, the gurantees are a little quirky until Tuesday or even Wednesday (in Scotland).
