Hatching Brine shrip

Im about to try hatching brine shrip. HAve any of you tried this/has it worked? Is there any pointers on what to do and what not to do?

I have not tried it yet ... but will ... my local shop says it not worth the trouble since getting the shrimp to a big enough size is a problem ... Why ?? ... they did not say and ofcourse they sell frozen shrimp so you have to wonder ??
