I recently bought some riccia and thought to tie them up in plastic plates or rocks. I read that hairnet can acheive that job wonderfully. However, i saw some hairnet made of polyesther, some coton. is there any materials that should not reach inside the aquarium?

Thanks

Polyester and cotton are both fine. Just make sure no dyes have been used.

I was always curious if that would work! The idea was always in the back of my mind.

I just used polyester tule from the craft store. Fifty cents for a yard! And you can get it in green so it looks great before it even fills in :good:

EDIT: It made a birthday smiley with the one I put, so I took it out, unless anyone is having a birthday here! lol

I used the shower puff thingy method, and it worked out fine.
