Ok so i am having a hair algae problem. I have it growing on my malaysian driftwood and my driftwood with HC on it. Can someone tell me some fish that can eat hair algae other that siamese algae eater. Also can I dip the wood into a bleach solution withthe plants on it. Lastly what are other ways of getting rid of it? Phospate reducer?

Best way to handle hair algae is remove it directly with your fingers. Few fish reliably eat it and more often then not they add more than they take away in terms of bioload.

How long has the tank been set up? Hair algae is very common in the first couple of months and normally the best thing to do is to remove as much as possible by hand and it will eventually go away.
