try this:
you don't have to be a freak like that lady, but while your oscar is staring at you, open your mouth wide for a few seconds at a time. keep doing it and you'll see your oscar do the same thing. it'll be pissed off, but it'll mimic you.

I do tease my fish a little - I'll open the hood and put my hand over the water to get my keyholes or bristlenose out of hiding when showing people my community tank (they think they're getting fed), but even the crazy lady screaming at the oscar is nothing to this video.
