Hagen Pals Pen

I am planning to buy another Siamese fighting fish. I have seen a small tank, a Hagen Pals Pen, but I wasn't sure if it would be ok for a Betta. http/www.dabners.co.uk/product-200...green-mix.html
Could you please tell me if you think it would be ideal or not. Also, if it is ok for a Betta would I need a filter and a heater?

you will need the 13 litre version or above and yes you WILL DEFINITELY need a heater and filter!!! i kept my betta in the 13 litre version

lol i also got a dog food, don't keep a fish in a bag of dog food

EDIT: on second inspection its actually cat food lol, so go for it
