Hagen Bubble Counter/diffuser

Hi! Does anybody have a Hagen Bubble Counter/Diffuser, i've just purchased one got the co2 coming through no problem but the bubbles on the ladder are just getting stuck. Been trying for hours to get this going. Thanks Gary

i put mine in 2 days ago and it did exactly what yours has done, leave it overnight and it will be going great as expected, dont worry about it,

I wouldnt worry about it for another 24hrs. the bubbes leave a bit of a residue of sorts on the ladder and it seems to help them slide up... I'm going off of experience with this here and I'm just assuming it's a sort of residue. Could be wrong, but either way just wait a bit
