Occupants now seem to spread themselves around a bit more. The upturned 'rock' and vallis seem to have made them feel more secure.

Amazing the difference that you made moving the rock into a vertical position.

I tried cucumber and mine totally ignored it !

The pegs are made to hold down cucumber for plecs, loaches and fish that eat veggies

Cheers. Moving the rock has certainly changed how the guppies behave. Seem much more adventurous around tank now. Downside is that I seem to have created a nice shady area under the filter which the gourami has claimed as his......so he's less visible. Going to try to sort that out.

The cucumber is just for the bristlenose.
