Umm, Honestly I dont know the answer. I guess you could, but it might have a higher chance of making your fish ill.

Also, do your fish even eat guppies? I cant say I've ever seen a neon, tetra or danio eat guppies? Might be me though ... I think that the chance of the guppies surviving and breeding in your tank is higher than them getting eaten
 
The fish listed on your signature will certainly not see live guppies as food, and really, you wouldn't want to feed native fish to your pets. The local waterways could have contaminants you don't want in your tank, and it's a great way to introduce disease, parasites, and many other pathogens into your aquarium. I would strongly advise against it.
