If in the last 6 months, then yes.
 
Yes, I'd say she was pregnant and very close to giving birth. Female livebearers can store sperm for around six months, so the fact that there's no male around now won't make any difference; she could have a lot of fry over the next few months!
 
Looks to me like she has Dropsy. I think I see the scales on the belly standing out, plus she seems way too bloated. It could just be the pic, hard to tell for sure by this one photo.

I can see what you mean, but the swelling is localised to the abdomen. When my platy had dropsy, the swelling went down to the peduncle.
 
Well I have no idea what has happened. came in from the back garden to see the golden barb going crazy behind the plant and found the female guppy lying there dead????????
But as to the scales, they were all flat and smooth looking across the body
