turn the lights out and dont feed for 2 days, and just leave him be. he will be very stressed from the journey

sounds like shock, just keep an eye on it and make sure the other fish are not bothering it.
A water change will always help and if u have stress coat this too may help, also turn off any light's. These fish have a very stressful life as their often shipped half way around the world to our shop's.

If you can get local breed fish this is the best fish you ever keep.

It has started to move around a bit now.

Looking a bit better now

He has now rapidly gone down hill. It has been lying on the gravel shacking intensivley.

It is hardly breathing.

Any ideas

How long did you climatise the fish for.
Did you check ph and temp.

Thanks for everyones help he is know very happy and just fed him this morning and he ate.

Thanks again

That's good news then. Must of been stress bless him.
