Guppy With Thread Worms?

i thought my guppy was acting weird becuase she was pregnant but looking closer i saw 2 small red worm things at her buisness end. they seem to be inside her and are tiny. they look like red bristles from a brush and the guppy doesnt look very happy.
are these threadworms and if so how do i treat them?
