Guppy Swimming Odly

hi everyone.I woke up thi morning and turned on my fish tank lights and saw that one of my guppys was swimming lobsided for less than a secon and then turned upright and started swimming frantically to the top were he is tring to stay but every few seconds he starts to sink a little bit than go frantically back to the top.Im not sure what the problem is because other than the stange swimming he seems fine.he is in a 65 litre with 2 other guppys,6 harlequins,2 amano shrimp and 2 african dwarf frogs.what is wrong with him?

Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.
What do you feed the fish?

Does he look bloated or skinny.
What does it look like when he goes to the toilet.

I think I over reacted....He is completely fine with absouloutly no swimming disorder and he is swimming like the rest of the healthy guppys,I think I must have turned the light off to late last night and to late and sudden today
