Guppy Problems?

so 2 of my guppies are looking plumper than usual,
one has a piece of white skin on his head...

i will test tonight

yeah.. one of them has not been like normal... he seems to have lost balance... not swim bladder though. maybe his fins are too big for him?
ill test my water and do a 13%

Update: i might also add some garlic to get rid of fungal
