Guppy Problem

Yesterday---we added water to the tank with AquaSafe drops almost immediately the fish huddled at the top of the tank next to the filtration pipe all in a clump on top of each other --none have died but something is wrong---they eat but none are swimming around just staying in a huddle at the top and in the corner--the don't seem to be breathing fast just normal---Please help-----

What are your water stats at? Did you cycle the tank? Any info you can give will be helpful.

Did you just add these fish to your tank. They could just be getting use to their new environment. Also Annastasia has a good point. What are your water stats?
