Hello everyone, new here. Usually I can find what I need by searching, a lot of it comes from these forums, but this time I am a bit stuck. So much info Good - bad on both sides, it becomes very hard to distill the facts.
Anywho, I am Travis and this is my Immediate issue: I moved my female to a birthing tank, it stressed her right out and within 2 hrs she popped out 10 little clear yellow balls.

I understand now that these are premature/aborted fry. What I can't figure out is; Will she now abort the full load, or is it possible she will complete her term with the rest? She is much calmer in the breeder now. Water parameters look good.

She is very much "stage 7" She is pretty huge, and was hiding by the plants. Kinda, boxy but most reference pictures are from the side, based on those she is spot on. Her Gravid is very dark and has some tiny little spots visible. Also, we only have the 2 guppies and an algae eater, the rest of the guppies died weeks ago ( I assume the tank wasn't quite finished cycling ) But these ones have been doing very well since.

Here is the breeder tank:

I guess I am looking for advice on what to do, do I leave her in there now that she has calmed, or was the tank too little too late and I should return to back to the main tank. The male wasn't too happy to be separated from her either.

It's hard to say if she'll abort the rest or not.

All female livebearers are best left in the main tank, and not put in breeding traps anyway. As you've found, to your cost, they're too small and stress the females out. If you want some fry to survive, concentrate on providing plenty of hiding places in the main tank. Fine leaved live plants are best for this.
