guppy just had me some fry

my female guppy was looking massive this morning i thought she might be ready to have me some fry so i moved her to a breeding trap i baught it new, and by the way its crap lol fry didnt go through the bars, anyways she didnt eat any and when she had them all she jumped out and left the fry
i fed her some bloodworms and she looking very well.
dont know how many she had they move to much lol if i had to guess ild say there was 50+

Congrats!!!!! I had me some platy fry on Monday. Only found 3 so far but I'm sure they're hiding somewhere, unless mommy was hungry!!!!!!

Congrats on the fry! With guppies its hard to tell which females will eat their fry and which will leave them alone. I usually just put the pregnant females into a separate tank to give birth, most of the time they leave the fry alone. I had one female surrounded by a hundred of her fry and she just ignored them!
