Guppy Gives Birth To Dead Fry

Tonight my female has given birth to about a dozen dead fry and however many she ate. One was born live and is still alive.
This female has given birth to around 100 fish on 4 occasions since January without a break. Both my original males have been given away, so I now have some mature offspring which may have fathered the dead lot. Just seeking some advice on the matter, and whether inbreeding or something else may have caused this. I have not had this happen before and had a survival rate of over 90%.

it might of been from stress causing the female to give birth when its not ready/ maybe thats why most came out dead or died later on. you check your water stats

It's not likely to be inbreeding as the fish have been inbred for generations and generations. It sounds like aborted fry rather than weak fry. Was the fish birthing in a breeding trap or breeding net? Like kpintheshed said, check your water stats.
