I had 10 fry now they are 2 weeks old buy two have died is it normal?

No that is not normal.

But what do you mean by have died? Did you find the bodies? Do they have their separate tank?

Actually death is normal depending on the setup you have them in. What are they in? is it filtered? cycled?

Cycled yeah not filtered it's an outdoor pond
