Hi All,
Can u tell me what happens if a guppy aborts or how u no its aborted and when she is due to give birth will her bum change colour.PLease help me.What temp do they like to giv birth in.

black like it should be but u can only just c it n a bit of red n u can c the frys eyed in her bum

she isn't her her normal community tank she is in a 11 litre plastic one not in a breeding trap though
Shall i put her in the breeding trap in a breeding net in my comm tank.Will that help.

Don't put her in a net or breeder hate them things, just let her give birth in the main tank.

what just put her in my normal tank free.My other fish will eat them.

I just collect them afterwards, and if you have plenty of hiding spaces and plants most of them should survive

willl it be like the big fish n guppies that will eat them or will it be all.

If you're asking which fish will eat them, basically any fish that can fit them in their mouth and wants a meal. However, if you do have plants and decorations, the fry will go towards them and hide. They have some survival instincts. If you keep watching, you should be able to save some fry. Just look closely, because they are very tiny!

Until she gives birth? I couldn't tell you, really, without a picture. Do you know how long she's been pregnant? How dark is her gravid spot? If you look closely, can you see the fry's eyes?

there is dots round the gravel spot and the spot is dark.

Okay, then pretty close I'd say. Probably within a week. Just keep her as stress free as possible and keep the water stats good.

she seems to have just gone red at the bak wat does this mean i have moved her
