guppy fry and plecos

I have 2 almost 4 week old guppy fry in a 5 gal tank. The tank is starting to become over run with algae. Would it be safe to put in a smaller breed of pleco to keep it cleaned up? Like maybe a bristlenose, rubbernose (lip?) etc. I don't want to put something in there that will go after the babies.

I don't think a smaller pleco would harm them. Another good idea would be otos... Im pretty sure they are harmless.

I've had Pitbull Plecos with my fry before, and they were great! Otos are also a good choice.
