I have a female guppy who had about 5 fry approx 2 weeks ago but her bellie didnt go down and has still got a big gravid spot, is it possible that she is still pregnant and if so how long can she go in between having the fry, she is in a tank with approx 20 fry from another mother and her own 5, hac any one got ideas on whats happening with her???

well is it her first lot of fry
she will have another lot in 4-6weeks and this could happen seven times without seeing the male

as far as i know this is her first lot, i have had her about 6 weeks and had a small gravid spot when i got her,

she's probably growing her next lot of babies in there i dont think she'll have any more until the 4 weeks are over
