when i got my mother guppy from the pet store she was already pregnant. a few days later she had 7 fry, to this day i have 1 left and his/her caudal fin was the only one that was broad and healthy.why were the other ones just like stuck together?

? I don't understand what you mean... fry can be born... malformed, with bent backs, eyes missing, and also stuck together, so it's common to see some that way. You have 1 because they eat their babies... you will need either a spare tank, a breeding net, or a breeding trap, so that the last one has a chance to survive. Also, females can store sperm so she can get pregnant many times in a row without having males around. you will see lots of fry in the next months, and unless you don't want them, you'll need somewhere to put them.

yea i do have him/her in a seperate guppy tank now .but what i mean is like the guppy that i have now has like a full erect broad tail but the other ones that died , their tail was still stuck together and my mother guppy died a few days after birth.

probably sumthing wrong with the birth...
if it was the first time she gave birth (as in her whole life, and since you probably bought her from somewhere, you prebably wouldn't be able to know) she might have had some problems.

aww... 2 bad. I gotbaby convicts, if u got a tank they can live in, like baby fish, and live in the DC area, plz tell me. They are breeding outa control
