Two of my adult female guppies are swimming with their tails a bit too much downwards... perhaps about a 30-40 degree angle downwards.

Is this a swim bladder issue? No other symptoms and all other fish look fine.

Well, I think I will just fast them for a day or so and see if that rectifies the problem.

This is common among large guppies that have recently given birth. a resting place might help them recover quickly.

Neither one has given birth, one never and the other several months ago.

One improved quite a bit after a day of fasting the other is still the same.
