Are guppies okay to live with neon tetras? Is it normal for the pregnant female guppy to chase them once in a while? They are like competitors for food, the neon tetras dont seem to be able to eat the blood worms or the flakes, considering they dont even swim up to the surface for flakes... What should I do T_T Oh and, are guppy fry able to eat frozen blood worms? or are they too big? They are now exactly one week old, at the moment they are thriving on Nutra fin's fry food for egg layers and livebearers. When will the blood worms be able to be fed to the fry? I wouldnt want to be chopping the worms up, they loook kinda disgusting ==" since I have to run from the fridge to my room within 30 seconds since the frozen blocks kinda melt away kinda fast -__-

Help appreciated,

Guppies can live with neon tetra. The female can sometimes chase the neon because of food. Some of my fish sometimes fight because they are so eager to eat. I dont know why they fight because there is enough for every one. Also you can feed them blood worms when they are a bit older. Some of my guppy fry are a month old and for them to be able to eat it I have to cut it into small pieces. Until you are waiting for them to be feed blood worms why dont you feed them Baby Brine Shrimp. That is good for young fry. There are also many foods available for fry out there. I will post a website below to show you some Baby Fish food.

Oh, they don't sell Baby Brine shrimp live nor frozen at the LFS =="; the guppies have gone quite along with the neons now, well, only if they aren't in the way. Sadly, the neons cant seem to be able to eat flakes nor freezed dried blood worms, so I feed them the nutra fin fry food ...

Neans can sometimes be nippy with the male Guppies' tails, so just watch for that. :)

so you have a tank of a lot of male guppies, neon tetras is most likely not the best fish to go in the tank with them!

In my case, the neons are quite scared of the Guppies =]

I don't relatively have a big tank, mines a 21 litre hex so I keep a trio and 6 neons.

I read in many guides, ppl have never touched bbs and their fry turn out to be fine. Will it be okay to feed them fry powder food until they can eat flakes and blood worms?
