Gudgeon Fry Update

just an update on the fry

i have made a mesh wall for so the fry ddont get eaten, planing on keeping them in the same tank instead of moving them round

sorry the pics arnt that clear

any feedback welcome.....

Just a few eggs there, still their nice fish, do u have any live foods organised though as they will beed something like newly hatched brine shrimp.

Also the fry will surly be able to get through that mest and the angel's there will have a field day on the small fry
So it will be worth removing some try to a tub or something just to give them a bertter chance.


P.s. Do u know what species they are?

no i dont have any live foods for them, im not sure what i can give them i have frozen brine shrimp and blood worms, and to start i have liquid food.

the mesh is smaller then fly screen and im hoping that they will hang around the plants more then trying to get through it, but if necessary i can make something up.

they are southern purple spotted gudgeon's

well keep us posted though, but live food it the only thing you should have for the fry, but I've never kepet them personaly but the look nice.
