Looking at swapping my T8 20W for some LED GU10s with 6400k temp.
How well would these work compared to T8's or T5's?
How many would I roughly need for a 95litre which is heavily planted?
Any opinions/suggestions really wanted.
Thanks

2 max but you wouldn't get the spread of light really unless they were high up in which case it will dim quite a lot.

They will be forever blowing, GU10 get really hot and blow quite regularly IMO.

I run 4 4.5w gu10 led 6500k bulbs on my 2 ft cube and it I would guess is in the low light category but it is 24 inches deep obviously so I am asking a lot of them depending on the degree of beam spread would make the difference to light coverage they are available commonly in 40 60 or 120 degree versions mine are 120 so no spotlighting effect what so ever
