Thats IT Im leaving this forum. Everyone is mean to me. No one is ever ever nice to me. And it is soooooooo uninformitive. God I wanted ppl to look at the other forum I had posted earlier to see what a formitive and friendly forum was like. >_< God.

What are you talking about I haven't seen anyone be mean to you. Don't let them get to you. They were mean to me to, I used to have 2 of the 3 male bettas I have in 1/2g bowls and trust me I got bashed not counting the time when I had my common pleco in my 10g boy did I ever get bashed and yelled at. So like I said don't let them get to you.

I don't understand what you're refering to...?? What specifically happened...?? The last I knew you were going to get another Betta and were all excited about it. A number of posters answered and encouraged you so I'd be curious to know what happened so others may respond. I'm sorry if you're upset.

If you're not willing to take good advice then I'm sure you would see it as being mean. This forum is about as uninformative as an encyclopedia and certainly the friendliest I've ever been on. Grow up: we can read without red and giant type. Good bye.

I must have missed something that happend with betta_fish. I haven't found the flaming (flaring) on this forum you see and experience on some others. When I've posted in the past on the Emergency section, everyone was soo extremely helpful and non-judgemental. I've learned ALOT here. Sometimes there's a difference in how people read things and how they were meant so we have to take that into perspective. If anyone takes a few moments to answer a post and spend their time in the activity of being helpful then they deserve gratitude and one must take that into consideration. So then the way it came across maybe wasn't the spirit in which it was intended. We're all different ages too yet we share an interest which overrides that. So betta_fish, I hope you consider all these aspects before you fire away at everyone here.

Betta_Fish, I think you should give it another go. This is really a nice forum and normally very friendly (with the exception of me lately). We would love to welcome you back (once a member of TFF, always a member!)

I just read most of your topics, and saw lots of people being nice to you, giving you helpful advice about how some bettas simply don't flare or bubble nest and etc. I also saw several posts about hamsters, which I didn't actually read.

Oh Elise I was reading this thread really quickly and was trying to work out what sort of fish a BF was! sorry about your BF sweetheart! theres plenty more fish in the sea (or the lfs)

I have been warned about posting a link to a site that had a forum, and the warning was done in the kindest way. Haha I posted a link to a mod in a thread!

I have seen some piling-on occasionally (even been guilty myself without meaning to), and have seen one or two incidents with youngsters that turned sour, but this is a great community that has high standards and very well informed folks. Some one always seems to step in and redirect the thread or close it.

I can even find an intellectual discussion without emotional assaults occasionally. There are people willing to discuss almost any concept without flaming. The forum is led by individuals who allow for differences and are not judgmental and can think outside the box.

I'm sorry you have had some difficulty that you have been unable to process or resolve.

Ok I've just been looking through your previous posts to try and work out why you are complaining about this forum and I have not seen a single negative reply! Not everyone gets the response they require! The whole point of this forum is for people to share experiences and to learn how to look after their fish! If you don't want to hear different peoples opinions then you shouldnt use this forum!

Everyone gets replies that they don't agree with its not the end of the world and personally I think you should grow up! And good luck in trying to find a better forum as personally I think that this one is the best on the net!
