Growths And Wounds

One of my discus has brown growths on one side of his body and open wounds as well. Not sure what it is and what would be recommended to treat with. I have attached a picture of half of the fish that is affected. I know the picture isn't great. Water parameters are perfect with pH below 7. The temperature is around 80 degrees Celsius.

Also if I wanted to treat him through baths how would I do that?

What size is your tank and what do you have in it to cause such wounds? Thats what I'd be treating first?

It's 56 gallons and I have plants, a log and other discus along with some tetras. Nothing that I would think would cause the wounds.

Figured out it was at least one of the other fish in the tank (a tetra) and the wounds are healing nicely and the brown growths on the Discus have disappeared
