Growth In Gibbys Mouth.

Can anyone tell me if this is something to worry about .

All water Parameters are 0 apart from Nitrates (40), PH is 6.8.
Not sure if it is growing in his mouth or around the mouth.

Any help on Meds would be Great. I have Melafix and Methanol Blue available.
