I know this is slighty off-topic... but I was sat watching my fish earlier and thought it's weird how far my fish-keeping has come in just one year!! I can still remember rushing onto this forum because my first tanks water had turned cloudy where I had added fish just one day after setting up the tank! 
I can still remember my first water change, putting a mug into the tank and emptying water that way! It took about 2 hours to do a 50% change!! I think I owe my fish-keeping love to this forum! If this forum didn't exsist then I very much doubt I would have 3 tanks now and I would probably only have goldfish!
It's great to think how far my knowledge has actually come too! I can now answer other people's question in confidence, actually knowing what i'm talking about!! Certain members have been really invaluable to me! Wilder, the-wolf and Annastasia probably the most influential, but really, anyone who helps is much appreciated!
So, just one year down the line and here I have a thriving tropical tank, a difficult-to-keep Brackish tank and brilliant goldfish set up!
One year ago I never thought I would be chopping up bloodworms and tubiflex!!
It's brilliant and thanks again to everyone who has helped me!!
