HC, glosso, dwarf hairgrass, lileaopsis species. Most groundcovers will do well with this lighting or even less if there is enough stable CO2 and ferts. What is your method of CO2 injection?

Just stay away from dwarf sag. It will take over your whole tank, and it will get longer than you would think. If I were to do a tank of this size and wanted a wide open look, I'd go for the combo of HC, downoi around a rock scape, and a background plant with a similar testure to the other plants.
