I don't promise I will be posting very many things as I am new to keeping fish and just have questions at present. I have a 80x45x55 aquarium (Ciano) and currently 6 goldfish of various types and sizes. I test the water for Nitrates regularly, do water changes, wash the filter (in the old water), clean the glass, and that sort of stuff and seem to have a stable system.
Yesterday I added a couple more fish ( from 4 to 6) and today I notice one of my black cometa (in Portuguese they are called "Cometa" - not sure if that is a fancy word for Goldfish or not ) fish today has his fins all split. Not just the dorsal, but every fin is split. They aren't broken, or eaten - just split. Maybe I will open this in another topic and upload a photo.
