Green Water?

Ack my water is turning green again. I made a 70% water change, because I thought it was a nutrients, and it was clear for two days and now its turning green again. what do i do? stop feeding? blackout?

Reduce the lighting and add some plants. Cut back on feeding and keep up the water changes.
