Green Water?

i just used a different fungus medicine the other day and it turned the water green. i know that is probably normal but i was just wondering as to how long the water will stay green. it says make 2 treatments 48 hours after the first, then 48 hours after the second treatment change 25% and put the carbon filter back in,do you think it will go back to normal after i do the change and put the carbon back in?

yeah as soon as the carbon goes back in the water will return to normal
