Still in two minds what to do about her... Here's some photos from tonight, not amazing but get a better idea of her colours across.

She looks fat and sassy. She does have good color and sinceyou had here when she was small it's really hard to think about getting rid of a fish you watch grow. I say keep her till she gives you no other choice.

Thanks, she is beautiful but a b$t^h

This is what she grew up from

Sold to me as a Blue Acara. Of course I'd question it now, but when I bought her I wasn't as experienced with cichlids as I am now  you live and learn!

blimey, they do look like blue acara's when little. lovely fish though mate :good: even if its a pain

Do what I do, just buy another tank for just her

Wish I could! As it is we have a tank either side of the fireplace, plus my Betta's tank upstairs, and that's all the space we have for tanks  We live in a very old cottage, so can't trust the floor upstairs for a bigger tank than my 21L. I think the smallest tank I could get for her would be a 55g, with some fast dithers, and just don't have the space let alone money :-( I just wish she'd stop winding Bo up :S
