Green Terror X Blue Acara

Hi there! My green terror and blue acara recently mated. I plan on keeping most of the fry amd giving a couple away to some friends. But my question for right now is, it looks like the mother (blue acara) might be eating the fry. I honestly can't tell if she is eating them or just moving them. Should I separate mom and dad from the fry? Or leave them as is?
If you'd like, I can post some pics up tomorrow.

Forgot to mention I'm somewhat new at this and any info will be appreciated. I just need a quick response on if I should separate them for now or leave as is.
